HER STUDIES IN ANATOMY AT THE SCHOOL FOR BODY-MIND CENTERING™ AND IN AYURVEDA AND YOGA THERAPY AT THE AYURVEDIC INSTITUTE HAVE LED HER TO FOCUS ON REGENERATIVE THERAPIES. SADIE HAS BEEN SHARING HER INSIGHTS ON MOVEMENT AND CONSCIOUSNESS OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS, CALLING ON SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ANCIENT WISDOM AND INTUITIVE AWARENESS TO SUPPORT HEALING AND INCREASE HUMAN CAPACITIES. Julie is an esthetician, spiritual counselor, a seasoned storyteller, and Reiki Master. Julie uses her decades of training in movement and voice as well as her training in spiritual psychology to listen deeply to the voices of the heart. Her intention is to invite the world's consciousness to elevate, to continually grow as a healer and facilitator, to hold space and be the reminder that each and everyone of us are alchemists.
Ramesh Tarun Narine is a facilitator of movement, wellness and consciousness at Take Care Center for Body Mind Regeneration and the Ground Space for Meditation and Movement in Los Angeles, California.
A lifelong student of the subtle, his passion for biology and science is balanced through studies of the wisdom schools and sensorial awareness. A yoga instructor since 2004, his 3000 hour education in Therapeutic Massage supports others achieving their optimal health.
He believes that awareness is foundational, therapeutic massage is collaborative, nutrition is medicine, and community makes it all worthwhile.
